About Us
Welcome to Slammin’ Salmon HTX, the ultimate salmon destination! Born out of passion from a husband and wife duo, our food truck sets out to redefine the seafood experience in the heart of Houston, TX. Our concept took root during the challenging times of the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020-21 when delivery became the norm, and salmon dishes were predominantly found in high-end establishments.
Fueled by our love for salmon and a desire to bring seafood to a broader audience, Slammin’ Salmon HTX emerged as a flavorful answer to the scarcity of accessible salmon options. Our journey began with creating salmon-based dishes in the test kitchen, and in the spring of 2023, we proudly opened our window to share our culinary creations with the Houston community.
